Totally recommended. Varied diet plan.
I would encourage you to do it. You don't go hungry or anxious as it is very varied and lets you choose as you like as long as you go within what is allowed.

It worked very well for me. I lost the weight I wanted (15 Lbs) and didn't go hungry. The food included in the diet was very varied. I liked the fact that I could eat any kind of fruit and lots of it.
My goal was to lose about 20 or 22 Lbs in the 9 weeks. I have lost 20 Lbs without too much effort. I would have liked to eat a bit more at breakfast.
Dietaris provided me the appropriate help and varied menus for each week. With the monitoring and control of weight I felt as if someone was checking me without stress.
I am delighted by the result. I have learned to eat and organize my menu with a healthy diet. I lost what I needed 14 Lbs and I continue keeping my weight thanks to what I learned.

Great weight loss program! I didn't finish the full plan because I achieved my goal in 4 weeks but following the diet guidelines I've been able to keep my new weight.

It is a simple diet to follow. Dishes and food are not complex. Besides all this, it gives you many options. If you do not like one dish, you like the other one. In my opinion it is not monotone.

Simple diet plan that really works!
Although at first it was a bit hard, I really liked the diet because it included lots of fruit and vegetables and was easy to follow. Although I would have liked the breakfasts more varied, I am very happy because I've lost the 7 lbs I wanted.

Little follow-up by Dietaris, difficult to enter the page to write down weight and they don't even send a reminder to do it. I better do it on my own and save my money. There are many diet plan on internet for free.
The diet seemed good although the breakfasts were boring, always the same. A good thing is that at the end of the plan they give you some good guidelines to avoid recovering the weight lost.
It is fine but sometimes it is monotonous.
It really works. If you combine it with daily exercise it's even more effective.
My experience has been very positive, in fact I have lost 16 Lbs... I would have liked more proactivity on the part of Dietaris to follow up, to ask you how you are, because if you have no doubts there is no contact.

I'm happy with the results. It was slow but safe (apart from the fact that on some weekends I cheated on my diet...). The diets are varied and you have several options to choose. It was a bit difficult to eat as much fruit, I wasn't used to. They answered my questions straight away. Positive Rating!

I did not get my goal with Dietaris. The first few weeks the fruit made me go to the toilet regularly. However, my intestine gets used to it and I went back to constipation so I had to do a more strict diet

My goal was to lose a little more weight. I took a second plan but it looked a lot like the first plan, except for some small changes, so I could have started the first plan again without getting a new one. Great attention received.
The diet is very easy. At no time I had anxiety. I quitted it because I went all summer outside. I will start the three weeks left soon. I lost 10 Lbs and I have kept my weight.
