  • We recommend only still or sparkling water to drink. A glass of wine at lunch and dinner are allowed.
  • You can add olive oil, vinegar, lemon, pepper, herbs, spices and salt to salads and fish
  • If you have several options for a meal, we recommend to alternate them during the week
  • Within the same option, you can combine food as you prefer: together or separately
  • You should cook with the minimum possible oil
